We are seeking an accomplished RF Planning Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to join our forward-thinking team. 📡 Key Responsibilities:

✨ Develop comprehensive RF network plans and strategies for optimal coverage, capacity, and quality across various wireless technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
✨ Utilize advanced RF planning tools and software to perform site selection, frequency planning, and interference analysis.
✨ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including RF Optimization, Engineering, and Operations, to ensure successful network deployment.
✨ Conduct predictive propagation models and simulations to assess signal strength, coverage, and interference in diverse geographic areas.
✨ Design and optimize cell site configurations, antenna systems, and radio parameters for efficient network performance.
✨ Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports outlining RF planning strategies, designs, and optimization recommendations.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

✨ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field from a reputable university.
✨ Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in RF planning within the telecommunication industry.
✨ Strong proficiency in using RF planning tools and software from various vendors e.g. Netact, ACP, Atoll and U-Net etc.
✨ In-depth knowledge of cellular network architecture, protocols, and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G).
✨ Multivendor experience, showcasing the ability to work with equipment from different manufacturers.
✨ International experience in optimizing diverse networks especially U.S.A and EU is a big plus

✨ Job Type: Full-time (Remote)
✨ Working Days: Monday to Friday (UK Time zone)
