Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Telecom Implementation Engineer with expertise in Base Station Subsystem (BSS) and Radio Access Network (RAN). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation and integration of BSS/RAN elements within our network infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
✨ Monitoring/Reporting on Installation and commissioning of BSS/RAN equipment.
✨ Oversee the testing and integration of new systems and solutions.
✨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation.
✨ Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to BSS/RAN.
✨ Conduct site surveys and create detailed reports.
✨ Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements:
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
✨ Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Telecom BSS/RAN implementation.
✨ Strong understanding of telecom networks and related technologies.
✨ Proven track record in managing and executing technical projects.
✨ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
✨ Remote or UK/International work experience.
