About the Role:

Techner is seeking an experienced Field Integration Engineer with strong hands-on Ericsson OEM experience to support wireless network deployment and integration activities in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Ericsson wireless equipment.
• Support LTE and 5G deployment, upgrade, and modernization activities.
• Execute software loading, script execution, alarm clearance, and site validation.
• Integrate Ericsson RBS, AIR radios, and Baseband equipment.
• Perform post-integration testing, troubleshooting, and site acceptance activities.
• Coordinate with RF, NOC, and deployment teams during implementation activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Ericsson field integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson RBS, AIR radios, Baseband, eNodeB, and gNodeB integration.
• Experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and alarm handling on LTE/5G networks.
• Familiarity with Ericsson OSS / ENM, SecureCRT, and Putty tools.
• Ability to work independently in live network environments with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel locally as required.
