Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with over 7 years of experience in the IT/Software sector. The ideal candidate should have a background in IT/software houses to develop business, excel in fostering growth, forming strategic partnerships, and spotting new opportunities. Expertise in business development, relationship management, and proficiency in CRM and other relevant tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Snov.io, Apollo) for managing sales pipelines and customer engagement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Utilise business development experience from IT/Software companies to drive growth in the Telecom sector by creating and implementing strategic plans.
🔹 Identify and secure new business opportunities and markets.
🔹 Establish and sustain strong relationships with clients and partners.
🔹 Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives.
🔹 Track market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy.
🔹 Employ CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and customer engagement.
🔹 Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
🔹 7+ years of business development experience in IT/Software companies is mandatory.
🔹 Proven track record of achieving business growth and meeting targets.
🔹 Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
🔹 Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
🔹 Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
