About the Role:

We’re looking for experienced Site Development Project Managers to support end-to-end operational workflows across both Macro and Small Cell Decommissioning projects. This role involves managing utility coordination, permitting, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logical and physical decommissioning workflows.
  • Coordinate utility activities for outages, new builds, small cell deployments, and hardening initiatives.
  • Lead scoping and review activities including hardening assessments, redlining, and plan/CD documentation using Adobe tools.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entries in Gentrak and related systems.
  • Oversee and optimise workflows within Salesforce.
  • Align and collaborate with vendors, contractors, municipalities, and utility providers.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in telecom site development or project management.
  • Strong knowledge of permitting, construction, and utility coordination processes.
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce, and platforms like Gentrak.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be available to work on-site in Mobile, AL as part of a hybrid setup.
