Adnan Hanif is the Founder and CEO of Techner, bringing over 20 years of experience delivering complex telecom programmes on time, on budget, and right first time.

Starting his career as an engineer, Adnan progressed into senior project and delivery leadership roles across operators, vendors, and Tier-1 suppliers. His experience spans large-scale network rollout, transformation programmes, and operational delivery across the UK, Europe, USA, and Australia.

Adnan has led and supported programmes for major telecom operators and suppliers, developing a reputation for delivery discipline, strong governance, and measurable outcomes. His leadership combines deep technical understanding with commercial and operational oversight, enabling organisations to scale delivery without compromising quality.

At Techner, Adnan has built a delivery-led organisation known for its Right First Time (RFT) culture, operational maturity, and high retention of delivery talent. The business supports clients across both field operations and specialist back-office services, underpinned by structure, accountability, and performance management.
