As the Senior Recruiter at Techner, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for a range of roles within the company. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies, sourcing top talent through various channels, and facilitating the hiring process from initial interviews to job offers. Moreover, in this role, you will provide coaching and guidance to junior recruitment team members and build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top candidates
Source candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to determine fit and suitability for open positions
Facilitate the hiring process, including conducting final interviews and making job offers
Provide coaching and guidance to junior recruitment team members
Build and maintain relationships with candidates, employees, and hiring managers
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
Proven track record of success in recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
